Dublin garage punks SPRINTS announce second album All That Is Over, release new single Descartes and confirm UK/EU tour dates
Track: Descartes
Band: SPRINTS
Released: June 24 2025

Dublin’s garage-punk bruisers SPRINTS have ripped the lid off their second LP, All That Is Over, and dropped a new track Descartes alongside a full-throttle tour rollout. No fluff with these athletes - just venom and volume.
New album: All That Is Over
Facing down any sophomore slump head‑on, SPRINTS sharpen their spikes even further. Following the raw energy and acclaim of Letter to Self , their latest effort is a heedless dive into sharper riffs and left/right combo songwriting. Expect fuzzed-up guitars, Karla Chubb’s blistering vocals and skewering lyrics, and the band’s trademark urgency: short, sharp, and unapologetic.
New single: Descartes
Descartes doesn’t hang around - just like life, it’s abrupt, jagged, and beautifully untethered. A 3 minute take on the philosophies of modern existence "vanity is the curse of culture, cyanide of the soul".
It’s a perfect taste of what All That Is Over promises: no brakes, no boundaries.
Tour: UK • EU
They’re hitting the road hard with headline dates across the UK and Europe. Highlights include:
London’s Troxy (a 3,000-capacity beast)
Additional shows in Manchester, Glasgow, Berlin, Paris, and beyond

SPRINTS live? Do not miss - it's a riot of feedback, sweat, stage dives and punk poetry.
Why It Matters
From debut EPs Manifesto and A Modern Job to their incendiary Letter to Self, SPRINTS have grown into Ireland’s fiercest guitar-punks. This isn’t a band mellowing - All That Is Over doubles down.
If your playlists are jaded and ready for a jolt of ferocity and a shot of punk-wired intelligence, this record - and their live assault should be next in line.
