Following the success of recent single Adore, which saw spotlight plays on BBC Radio Introducing London and Radio X, Dublin's TV People have delivered their fourth single of this year with Disconnect streaming everywhere now.

Disconnect builds upon TV People’s previous rich exploration of themes relating to the darker side of the human experience, chronicling the experience of depersonalisation, isolation, aimlessness and disconnection that many feel today. Crafted with the same authentic touch and epic skill that we have come to expect from TV People, Disconnect delivers relentless rhythmic energy, piercing guitar lines, and haunting and reflective lyrics. Written from the perspective of someone who has lost the ability to recognise themselves, this chilling single is sure to resonate with anyone who has ever lost their way.

TV People consist of multi-instrumentalists Paul Donohoe and Brendan Clarke. Disconnect was brought to life alongside the same talented team behind TV People’s recent acclaimed releases, with recording at Darklands Audio Dublin by Dan Doherty (FONTAINES D.C.), mixing by Grammy Award-winning Caesar Edmunds (QOTSA, St. Vincent, and Foals) at Battery London, and mastering by Ivan Jackman at Hellfire Studios Dublin (Sinéad O’Connor).

This collaboration guarantees that Disconnect not only embodies TV People's distinct sonic identity but also upholds the exceptional production quality that has become a hallmark of their music.
